Press resistance vertically from shoulder level to overhead. Press the dumbbells from shoulder height to overhead while keeping the ribs controlled.

  • Begin with the hands near shoulder height.

  1. Press upward without leaning back.
  2. Reach a stable overhead position.
  3. Lower to the start.

  • Avoid shrugging excessively.
