Barbell reverse lunge

Lower and raise the body using a split stance to train each leg independently. Step backward under the bar and return by driving through the front leg.

  • Brace before moving one leg.

How to perform the movement

  1. Take a controlled step.
  2. Lower both knees.
  3. Push through the lead foot to rise.
